I had an epiphany. I don’t finish projects because I get distracted by the new shiny, which causes me to become unhappy with my current projects. For the past two years, I have entered items into the Spinning Class of the Hawkesbury Show. The first year I entered a skein of yarn, and last year I entered another skein and a shawl made with the first. Both years the entries have been a bit last minute, and just a bit lucky [...] [...] When DH’s has a birthday, it means one thing. It’s seven weeks until Christmas! So after celebrating his birthday, our thoughts turn to getting organised for the festive season. For me, it means thinking about gifts and food, for DH it’s thinking about decorations and whether we put lights on the house this year. This year [...] [...]  |
