Not too much to report, it’s just plodding along with the making of things. I got my brim off it’s block, only to find out that it was 1.25″ too small.  So I spent the next half hour manipulating the crown section of the brim to expand it, and in the process trying very hard not [...] [...]

Millinery Essentials Course – Day 4

During this class we got on with our fascinators and hats.  My hat is coming along quite nicely.  The crown tip is blocked, and the rest of the crown is currently on the block.  The brim is being fused, so I need to take along my little ‘small project’ iron along next week so I [...] [...]
