Millinery Essentials Course – Day 4

During this class we got on with our fascinators and hats.  My hat is coming along quite nicely.  The crown tip is blocked, and the rest of the crown is currently on the block.  The brim is being fused, so I need to take along my little ‘small project’ iron along next week so I [...] [...]

Millinery Essentials Course – Day Two

Day two was fun!  We got to use hat blocks to make the bases of our ‘fascinator’ (mine’s turning more into a hatinator), sewing on millinery wire and starting to stitch the bias around the edging.
