I just discovered you blog over Ravelry … seems we have similar interests . I started playing the Ukulele in 2011 and if you are looking for good tutorials, I recommend to search for “Ukulele Mike” on youtube, he has up loads of really good tutorials, Ukulele Lady among them.

I’m so glad the tutorial helped! I do have a way to make my hexipuffs less cornery, so I’ll work on a tutorial for that and get it up real soon

Just finished my second hexipuff and I am hooked! I discovered the Beekeeper’s Quilt a few days ago! Your cast on is great! I will continue to use it. I am having problems with the bindoff though! My last corner is all stretched out! Any ideas on how to make it look better? THX! PS ~ Happy New Year!

The cast on is just a variation on the standard long tail cast on. So the yarn is being held the same way. I haven’t done any tutorials on this as there are so many great ones on you tube already .

I’m a hexipuff newb so I can’t figure out what your hands are doing at the beginning of the video – how the wool is positioned across your left hand and which way you loop the needle when it dips out of shot at the beginning. Help!
